We start with our white Cheddar and age it to enhance the flavor and create a more bold, powerful taste. Each dense bite is packed with ‘cheese crystals’, the calcium lactate that results from the aging process. Those crystals are what makes our Sharp Cheddar pack a punch.

Made in Switzerland with Alpine milk under the watchful eye of Käse Meisters, this cheese has a nutty, slightly sweet flavor with earthy notes.
