Pineland Farms Monterey Jack Cheese

We start with our white Cheddar and age it to enhance the flavor and create a more bold, powerful taste. Each dense bite is packed with ‘cheese crystals’, the calcium lactate that results from the aging process. Those crystals are what makes our Sharp Cheddar pack a punch.

Our Smoked Cheddar is smoked with natural hardwood to add old-world character and depth of flavor.

These bite size cheddar curds have a fresh, creamy dairy flavor with a mildly nutty finish. Sprinkled over salads or melted on comfort cuisine like poutine, these curds are a chef’s dream. These little nuggets also make the perfect healthy snack.
