Polly's Original Plain Pancake Mix

Our gingerbread pancake mix is one of our most popular flavors. It marries pancakes and classic gingerbread for a whole new spin on some classic flavors. It is good anytime of year, but especially around the holidays. We started with it as just a special once a week in the restaurant, but it has moved onto the menu everyday due to popular demand. It is made with a base of our plain pancake mix but then with added spices and molasses to kick up a great gingerbread texture and flavor.

Our Buckwheat pancake mix is made from stone ground organic grains. We stone grind them right here in Sugar Hill at our restaurant. This allows them to be the freshest and fluffiest buckwheat pancakes possible. They have a nice nutty flavor and pleasing texture. They are very light and airy, not dense. These are for the more adventurous pancake lover whose looking to try something a little different. Due to their nutty flavor they lend themselves to all sorts of savory and sweet flavors
