A double creme cheese with a soft, creamy texture that is luxuriously fresh with a mild flavor. Boar's HeadFrench brie Cheese is made by a small producer in France's Lorraine region in the traditional manner and slowly ripened in clears to achieve its distinctive soft rind.

Made with milk sourced from regional family farms and with milk from cows not treated with rBST*, this cheese has a pleasantly mild, rich flavor and smooth, creamy texture. Boar's Head_® Vermont Cheddar Cheese is aged for three months to achieve the classic Cheddar taste.

Our Smoked Cheddar is smoked with natural hardwood to add old-world character and depth of flavor.
